Mr. Ingels is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of N2 Applied. He is the father of the N2 technology.
Mr. Ingels has more than 30 years of experience from the fertilizer industry, working for Hydro and Yara in production (Norway, Qatar and Libya) and in technology strategy and R&D (Norway and The Netherlands). In 2010, he resigned from his position in Yara to realize his own technology ideas and ambitions within green nitrogen technology through N2 Applied.
Mr. Ingels holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Trondheim Institute of Technology (NTH). He holds numerous patents and has co-authored multiple publications.
Ms. Sønsteby is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of N2 Applied. She leads the company’s day-to-day operations.
From 2005 to 2010, Ms. Sønsteby was CEO of Scatec, and she was instrumental in building the Scatec organization – focusing on development of climate neutral technologies and advanced materials. She also held the position of Chairman in several of Scatec’s subsidiaries. Prior to working for Scatec, Ms. Sønsteby was engaged by the Norwegian Minister of Trade and Industry to manage the government’s Innovation Initiative. She also has extensive experience from the IT industry from IBM, Ericsson and Oracle both on a national and international level, and she runs a farm in Numedal, Norway.
Ms. Sønsteby holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration (siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen.

Mr. Magnussen has until recently served as SVP Business Development at Scatec AS. He was CEO in Scatec Solar during the initial start-up phase and CEO in Scatec Adventure. Mr. Magnussen is also chairman in Keep-it Technologies, a director on the board of Norsk Titanium and CEO in Scatec Energy, a wind energy development company in the US. Previously, Mr. Magnussen was the Technical Director of Vensafe, and he has co-founded several Norwegian start-ups: Avenir, daVinci, Rail-X, GetHelp and Netlife Research among others.

Dr. Enger served as President and CEO of Yara International ASA until 2008. The Yara company was spun out of Norsk Hydro and became a listed company in the spring of 2004. Since then, the market value of the company increased severalfold, making it one of the largest companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange with a turnover of over 100 billion NOK. Yara is one of the largest suppliers of fertilizer in the world with a global presence on all continents.

Mr. Måløy has extensive experience with both R&D and business development, most recently as Development Manager Aquaculture at Vard Group. Prior to this he held several managerial roles in the Storvik group, among others as Managing Director and as manager for business development and projects in Storvik Aqua and Storvik Biofloc. Today Mr. Måløy is Chairman of the Board in several of these companies, and he is also a Board Member of Satema Moelv, Nordisk Energikontroll and Vard Aqua Sunndal.

Mr. Dale is an Advisor in FSN Capital Partners and Executive Advisor in QVARTZ. From 2012 to 2014, he worked for E.ON SE, where he served as both CEO of E.ON international Energy and as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development. Prior to this, he served as CEO and Member of the Board of Multiconsult. From 2002 to 2011, Mr. Dale held several managerial positions within Statkraft – most recently as Executive Vice President and CFO. Mr. Dale is Member of the Boards of both Gasum and Clean Energy Group (Norway), and Chairman of Clean Energy Group Georgia.

Mr. Ingels is the CTO and a Co-founder of N2 Applied. He joined Norsk Hydro in 1982 and held positions within process engineering, R&D and operational management in different locations around the world – from Glomfjord in Norway, Shaanxi in China, Mesaeed in Qatar and back to Porsgrunn Norway. After the agri division of Norsk Hydro was spun off as Yara in 2002, he headed Research and Technology Development in Yara International out of Sluiskil in The Netherlands.
